Cancellation Policy

Nandanavanam Organics has a customer-centric approach and aims to provide flexibility and convenience in product selection and changes. As part of our cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation requests can only be considered if made within 12 hours of placing the order. However, if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.
  • Orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category cannot be cancelled.
  • Special occasion products obtained by our marketing team during religious festivals and special days are limited offers and cannot be cancelled.

If you receive damaged or defective consumer durable or nondurable items, please report it to our Customer Service team. The request will be addressed after verification by the merchant, and this should be done within 1 day of receiving the products.

If you believe that the product received does not match the one shown on the website or meet your expectations, please notify our customer service within 24 hours. Our Customer Service Team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.

Regarding our refund policy:

  • Orders that have been delivered and accepted by the customer are not eligible for a refund. If you believe there is a mismatch with the order specifications, please contact our customer care team within 12 hours. If the discrepancy is acknowledged by Nandanavanam Organics, a refund will be initiated, which may take 7-15 business days to process.
  • Nandanavanam Organics takes responsibility after payment is received/captured. Any payment issues or failures that occur at the payment gateway are not within our scope. Refunds for such issues are typically processed by the payment gateway companies within 7-15 days.
  • Once the refund is initiated by Nandanavanam Organics or the payment gateway, the status and processing of the refund are within the purview of the customer’s bank, UPI, or credit card provider. We do not have visibility into the status on the bank’s end.
